  • Effet inhibiteur puissant des cytochromes CYP3A [4], [5], [6], principalement le CYP3A4 [7], ce qui augmente l'absorption intestinale des médicaments substrats du CYP3A4. Les conséquences sont une majoration de leurs effets indésirables dose-dépendants, équivalant à un surdosage
