  • Propriétés antihormonales (antigonadotrope, antithyréotrope, antiprolactine) [2], inhibition de la LH par inhibition de l'activité de son releasing factor [3], surtout par ses produits d'oxydation [4]
  • Effet favorable sur le fonctionnement rénal, diminution de l’urémie, augmentation de la vitesse de filtration glomérulaire, de l’excrétion d’urée et de créatinine
  • Hypotenseur par effet vasodilatateur [5] et inhibiteur de l'angiotensine [6]
