Anéthole (Trans-anéthole ou E-anéthole = (E)-anéthole et Z-anéthole = (Z)-anéthole ou cis-anéthole), p-propénylanisol, isoestragol, camphre d’anis, huile d’anis, anéthol

Propriétés

• Analgésique central, augmente les sécrétions pulmonaires, stimule l’expectoration
• œstrogène-like (par son dimère le dianéthole), ligand pour les récepteurs aux œstrogènes sans effet hormonal ou anti-hormonal
• Stimule la régénération du foie après hépatectomie partielle

• Le (Z)-anéthole (cis-anéthole) est neurotoxique ^[1]
